Culture doesn't change when an individual desires to change it. Culture changes when an organization attempts it. Culture reflects the realities of people working together every day. Any piece of knowledge I acquire today has a value at this moment exactly proportioned to my skill to deal with it.

Tomorrow, when I know more, I recall that piece of knowledge and use it better. Sharing knowledge is not about giving people something, or getting something from them.
